I am trying to learn about chips. Have picked up alot on the BB, but my newest question is "What is a "Floor Sweeper?"

My other question is "What is a snapper." James Campi sent me a $2.50 4 Queens pink Snapper as a joke. I think it is pretty, but don't know what the term "snapper." means.
