I'm not a big commemorative collector, but here are a few of my personal favorite sets that are pretty reasonable in price:

Cal Neva 75th Anniversary (4)
Cal Neva 1996 "activities" set (4)
Circus Circus LV 1998 "30 years" set (6)
Gold Strike and/or Nevada Landing "InJEANious" sets (10 each... you only need 1 of 'em!)
Monte Carlo microbrewery set (6)

I also like the Fremont Street Grand Opening chips (10 casinos), Indian Springs "Moe" chips and the Harrah's, Laughlin "Dry Heat" series, although they're probably not technically "sets".

I'm also very partial to the Club convention Poker Tournament sets (4 sets of 5 each so far... they're terrific chips.)

And then there's always the Hollywood Park Lunar New Years sets...............
