They don't know for sure, Carl. They are speculating. No one knows every chip that we have in our collections. There were many times that I have seen a "unique" chip written about, that I have in my collection, and they weren't writing about mine. However, if they were writing about the number of chips known to themselves only, the statement is true. If they were writing about the number known to collectors, it is NOT true.
