I have a half written article ... about the do's and don'ts of mailing chips. I started writing it a while ago for an upcoming issue of CC&TN. I now have the inspiration to finish the article, thanks to Phil. You see some good can come out of a bad situation. And yes I agree with the others. Bubble envelopes are the way to go. If you feel that they are too expensive, then you are wrong. You can get them for free. You'll have to read my article to find out how.
