Saddly enough your Harrah's ashtray is of minimal value. Maybe $5.00 on a very good day. Probably less. That glass style proved to be unpopular with collectors as well as Casinos. One reason I think is that it would not "stack". They were hard to deal with and handle.

As a part of a Harrah's collection, sure, it's a keeper. Sorry to bear bad news....
