There are several great poker books out there but there are also a lot of books with very poor and sometimes totally wrong information. Here's a brief list to get you started:

General Poker:
Theory of Poker by David Sklansky

Texas Hold'em:
Winning Low Limit Holdem (2nd ed) by Lee Jones
Holdem for Advanced Players by Sklansky and Malmuth

7 Card Stud:
7 Card Stud by Roy West (I forget the exact title)
7 Card Stud for Advanced Players by Sklansky and Malmuth

And for big bet poker:
Pot Limit and No Limit Poker by Caiffone

All these books are excellent. The Theory of Poker is a real eye opener to succssful poker play. Hope this helps.
