Yes, those chips are major slippery! Hard to control too. I have the same experience when I play there.
Those are the same type of chips they've always used (Bud Jones). They're very nice looking. They originally had the teal color $1.00 chip on the tables then pulled them right away and put out the purple ones. The teal chips were selling for 90.00 at that time. What we collectors didnt know was that the chips were in the back room. Then came the surprise...they pulled the purple chips and put the teal ones back on the tables!
