Every subscriber to "Casino World" magazine received one of these advertising/sample chips back in the late-90s, in a unique way; a way that I've never seen before in the business (or after)... The chip was affixed to the front cover of the magazine (a British publication) by means of being mounted in an AirTite holder and inserted in a die-cut area of the cover.

The distributorship was short-lived. JH now distributes the chip and it was known as the DIAMOND SERIES at the time. Their (ASTRAGALUS) plaques were manufactured in the same manner...
