I know there are several collectors here who also like to play poker. As a result, I am looking for your opinion on what you would do in this situation. (We've posted this question on a poker message board also but wanted to see what types of responses we got from here as well).

I am in the middle of a debate with a friend about how a hand should have been played. We are interested in knowing what you have have done in hand:

Here is the situation:

Game: Limit Hold-em ($3-$6 with full kill)

Situation: Player #4 won several hands in a row. Kill is on so betting is $6-$12. Player #4 is dealt 89 suited.

Players posted the following:
- Player 1 (small blind) posted $1
- Player 2 (big blind) posted $3
- Player 4 (on kill) posted $6

Action to:
> Player 3... Folds
> Player 4... Already in the pot for
his $6 forced bet, Checks.
> Player 5... Folds
> Player 6... Folds
> Player 7... Raises $6
> Player 8... Folds
> Player 9... Folds
> Player 10.. Calls $12
> Player 1... Folds the small blind ($1)
> Player 2... Folds the big blind ($3)
> Action now is to player #4: Do you fold or call the $6 raise?

Other information:
Player 7 and player 10 are "solid" players. They don't see a lot of flops.

Questions:
1. Would you have called another $6 to see the flop?
2. What is the correct play?
