Trump Marina should be extremely careful using the Republican elephant logo because the Republican National Committee is extremely protective of it's intellectual property. When I worked for one the local Republican organizations here in New Jersey we literally had to fill out a ton of forms to get permission from the RNC to use the elephant logo for our organization. They don't take to kindly to unauthorized use.
