If you run across a chip with interlocking K and C's, this scan might help you i.d. it. The coat of arms could conceivably appear on some of the old club items as well. Ed Hertel's book shows Kansas City Club chips as plain clay with inlaid cutout of the letters KC inside another C.
TGT shows this club operating around 1922 with no close date. My guess is a social club with games for the members.
