I could be wrong on this but it is my understanding that once you accept a credit card through paypal you are forever a business account and you owe them fees on all money you collect through them. If someone tries to pay you with a credit card paypal will ask you if you accept. This happened to me and I refused the payment. On ebay listings I do not use the paypal logo but someitmes say "Paypal accepted as long as you do NOT use a credit card." I have kept my personal account status intact.
