Not a bad idea Don. Kind of like a tour, invited guests, special permission, whatever, for the right to gamble in the same room. Of course when the whales aren't in town.

High limits, but not whale limits, to keep out the tourists and pay to have the staff in there. Make it a privildged attraction, with limited access.
