The new Route 66 casino opened recently adjacent to the Laguna casino (now called Casino Express)which opened a few months ago. This makes three casinos operated by the Laguna Pueblo. The Dancing Eagle casino was the first to open a few years ago. The casinos all have (or had) different chips.
Dancing Eagle..............H&C
Laguna Casino..............H&C Full Graphic (now gone - no table games offered).
Route 66...................Bud Jones.
The Route 66 Casino is the only one with a $2.50.
All are located on Interstate 40 as is the very successful Acoma Sky City. Acoma is located 53 miles West of Albuquerque. But the new Route 66 is only 17 miles West. Two other very successful casinos, Sandia and Isleta, are located relatively close (5 - 10 miles) on the other main Interstate in NM, I-25. Get the picture?
If anyone has any questions about New Mexico casinos, please let me know. I also have all of these chips (up through $5) for sale or trade.
I will only trade for $2.50's that I need for my collection.
