I'm not sure. I have a couple chip boxes where I put extras until I have time to add them to my trade list. I was adding a few chips last night and came across this one. I thought it might be from Atlantic City, but wasn't sure because of the funny way they did the denomination, with the $ after the 5 instead of before.
