In today's Orange County (CA) Register on the Local page is a column by Gordon Dillow, that tells how Osama bin Laden could get a California driving license with little difficulty unless a nameless clerk happened to recognize his name. He could then legally purchase a gun in our golden state(?). Dillow feels someone has forgotten 9-11 and I agree!
