I agree with you if the chips were brought back by a fellow chipper, but if they're purchased by someone else, it's going to cost---especially from Russia. When I bought my last bunch of chips from a Russian, the postage and cost of Western Union were way over $200.00. True, it was for a bundle of chips, but still very expensive. It's a heck of lot cheaper than buying chips from Europe, or South America. I also bought chips from Pedro and know the difference.
