Another member of the message board sent me an e-mail telling me that cancelled chips are only worth 1/10th of the TCR Value. (he also wants to buy the chip)

Quite a difference of opinion here.

1/2 of the TCR value of this chip would mean this chip could sell for $300.00, but if I take the other person's advice, I should accept $60.00 for this chip.

Anyone else want to put their two-cents worth in to this discussion??
