A friend of mine in Tucson would like to get some information on the chips shown below.

Details about them:

The first chip in the top row has "Municipal Bar" on both sides
The second chip in the top row has "CC" (very weird lettering) on both sides
"MB" is on both sides of the next chip
The mustard Turf Club chip is $1.00
The blue Turf Club chip is 50 cents

He'd also like to know if the $500 chip is real or a fantasy. It has "Casino de Isthmus City" on the inlay.
