The casino is in Moscow and some chips there are in rubles and some in dollars. A 5 chip would be dollars since a ruble is worth about 20 cents. Although when I was there I did manage to get a few 5 ruble chips from the cage at Metilista. The guy really wondered what I wanted them for but his Engilsh was very limited and my Russian non-existant. I was just lucky to have spotted them in his drawer. Like most foreign chips they sell for a litle over twice face value.
