Yes, your chip is from Moscow, Russia. I believe the casino is still open. I have the 5 chip (which is US$5) as well as a matching $2.50 chip (I don't remember if it has a dollar sign on it). I've seen the 5 chip on eBay at least 4-5 times in the last 3 years, or so. It generally sells in the $10-$20 range.
