Gene; Too often, some people will cite a published value from a reference catalog ... with no concern for condition. They do it on ebay all the time. The simple fact is that worn circulated chips do not bring the price(s) that chips in excellent (new) condition bring... which is another reason why I believe ebay is not always an accurate barometer for chip values.
