I have a number of BC chips.
The logo on your dice comes close to two of them. Southern Club, Hot Springs, Arkansas and one from Bennettsville, SC.

That said there was 100's of different BC chips and dice. You need a dice expert. I reccommend Rick Olsen but I don't have his email address.
