I have never understood how these Bud Jones type chips are made. I can't invision a mold that would let different colors of plastic material lay side by side so perfectly. I have seen on Mr. Eisenstsadt's web site how inserts on clay chips and metal core chips are made, but these card suit chips have me puzzled. Can any chip experts explain how these are made?
