First of all it's not in any guide (there is none for WI) Second it's not Rare because even though it's not listed in my older copy of Janice O'Neils list and not shown on Greg's site, it could be that people just never looked for it.
Everyplace I looked, I found the version with square periods after the letters. The chip on the left has periods and maybe a different style lettering for the "50c" part.
Now we need people to look into their collection and see which you have. COuld be that both varieties have been around the whole time, but no listing of the two was made?
No extras of either.
