Shouldn't Rare be associated with Supply and Demand.

Lets say:

Casino A in michigan issues a $5 chip and only makes 100 . But there might only be 10 collectors in the hobby that want it.

Casino B in las vegas issued 10,000 $5 chips of one particular chip. But there is 50,000 collectors that want it,

Which chip is rarer ????????????????

Its all about suppy and demand. If you don't have an Opp. to buy the chip its pretty rare. If every dealer has it then its not so rare.

Above #'s for fictional comparison only of course.

And for Hard Rock only doing 1000 chips that is rare.

And before anybody says I am just takeing BAM BAM's side because I want to make a lot of money from these chips , let me just say I didn't even go this morning and get any.
