Your use of the term rare makes me think then that most all chips are rare.
Virtually all A/C LE's are issued in amounts of 1000 or less.
Does that make them rare?

Most NV LE's are also issued in quantaties of 1000 or less does that make them rare?

I could understand the term "difficult to obtain" but stating that there are 2000 chips and then in the same breath stating they are rare is an oxymoron
