I collect Wisconsin (because it's close), then Elko because it's a nice small town, and then $1 Nevada (because the supply is pretty much unlimited) and then anything else that looks nice. I didn't forget Fantasy and Fakes, but it's getting harder to find new ones after the firt four hundred.

Poker chips are fun and can be found at antique shops, rummage sales and flea markets. Usually not expensive and there are thousands of designs.
