Only 20 made, Gene? How can that be? Who would conceivably order 20 chips for casino use? Even in a relatively small club like the Bank Club, it seems incredible.

I'm not questioning the information you have, but there must be a story here somewhere. And maybe a larger order before the one you know of, for which these were replacements.
