I apologize for passing on erroneous information.. I thought my source, who was in that line on Friday was reliable. I did not verify with the casino cage. I just did a quick search of current and recently closed auctions for this chip on eBay. Only 5 of the 11 sellers who live in Las Vegas are claming the chip is sold out (2 in 20 minutes, 2 in 30, and 1 with no exact time given for the feeding frenzy). Hopefully someone will inform them of their error so they can correct their ads. Is it possible that the chips initially sold out, then when these guys figured out that there were just not that many buyers at $130 a pop they returned several of their chips to the cage to recoup their capital to buy out the next chip issued by some other casino?
