Don't remember who I got this from at the convention this year. Also don't remember what it was supposed to represent and I don't see it in Seymour's book.

Is it a monogram II? Maybe the numeral 11 (but why?). Something else if you rotate it correctly? Almost looks like a pair of boots if you invert it.
