I would guess you might be referring to our "Nevada Casino Ashtray Project." We are hoping to have the Tahoe segment of it up soon. I keep saying this and we keep suffering setbacks. Mostly just my nit picking for perfection. The latest set back was me giving a thumbs down to the graphics on the header. So, now have a guy in New Jersey redoing it.
As I have said many times before, I want this to be everyone's site. We are still taking contributions of ashtrays and pictures. We want a picture of each place, and in many cases that has been harder than finding the trays. Thanks to the contributions of many we are succeeding beyond my expectations.
Anyone that wants to contribute is WELCOME. I don't care if it is a common or scarce tray, they are all part of it. However, at this time we are not doing the black or carnival glass stackers, unless it was the only tray a casino had.
If you do want to contribute please send as a jpeg image, a digital picture is preferred, but good scans are ok, too. Just attach it to an Email. Please do each picture or tray separately. The first to contribute a scan or picture gets their name on the contribution. There is no deadline, this is an ongoing project. If doing ashtrays, please gently wash and dry before taking picture or scan, it makes them shine and sparkle.
When completely up we will have categories for Tahoe, Reno/Sparks, Small Town, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Illegals, Souvenier/Promo, Questionable(Places we can't at the moment verify gaming, but are suspected of having)and who knows, probably Indian joints.
That's about it and thanks for your interest.
