Another bit of info I hadn't considered.
I would still like to think the 86 issue is still more valueable. Even if many of the 92 issues are in the hands of collectors.
Goes back to the age issue.
However, like I state earlier.
My newbie opinion would make the 86 a C value instead of D.
Still since the TCR #8 issue stated the value of both 2 years after the reintroduction of the 86 chip, perhaps I am wrong in my thinking.
It only means I have a more valueable chip that I am stating it to be.
