I'm just wondering in the off chance that Larry Flynt wins the California governorship (snicker... yea right) would he have to divest himself of his Gardena casino? or could he put it into a trustship until he leaves office.

The reason I ask is if Flynt does have to divest I don't want to see a sudden surge of Hustler chips hit the market since it may adversely affect myself and other chippers who paid a premium price for their Hustler chips and don't want to see our/their investment dwindle into nothingness.
