Phyllis, I have also had similar experiences with the USPS. As some other folks have posted, sometimes stuff just gets LOST. I bought a chip from a guy, and it never came. Asked him about it, he sent a second one, and BOTH chips arrived the SAME DAY--(for the first chip, it had been like 6 weeks!!) Turns out the postmark on the first chip said something like New Orleans (he sent them from NY and I live in Ohio--go figure!)I was beginning to think I lived in a black hole cuz there were several other items that made it waaaay late to my mailbox, no fault of anyone's except USPS. I'd give it some more time--you just never know...
