Thank you for responding. I would hesitate to name the person on this Board, because a possibility of error always exists. I mailed the strike on the 18th and today is the 27th. The person in question has responding saying he mailed his package and hasn't received the strike and, unfortunately there is no way to dispute that, other than my word. According to his email his package to me was mailed at the same time. It is doubtful that a first class package takes this long to reach its destination. I have mailed and received many packages and nothing has ever taken that long. I really cannot see filing a claim since I have nothing but a few emails. It is my word against his and vice versa, so it is pointless to bother Jim Pierre about something that he'd need ESP to figure out. I was really hoping that the person mailed the package late. Since he maintains he didn't, it's a standoff.
