You can downgrade one time without any fee or problem. But it is one and only one time. I've called them several times on their 800 number without a problem.

So if you're PREMIUM you can ask to go down to BASIC. I did this and was fat dumb and happy until the following happened...

List a chip on ebay and click the "Accept Paypal" payment which then shows you accept paypal from Credit Card, sell the chip and then the person adamently wants to pay by credit card so you have to upgrade your account from BASIC to PREMIUM - which you CAN DO again after you have downgraded like I did.

BUT, then you are stuck with the PREMIUM account and can NOT downgrade your account ever again.
