One thing I don't like about PayPal and which is one of the reasons I don't use it is that I recall someone posting a message here stating that one eBay buyer attempted to commit fraud against the seller by cancelling their PayPal payment in mid transaction in the hopes that the seller had already sent out the item after the alledged payment was sent. It's unscrupulous people like that who give good chippers such as us a bad rap.

I'll stick to Personal Checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders thank you very much.
