If you're going to Pindex, PLEASE READ the full following update, it's got some timing info and what's going on and how. It features this years AWESOME raffle item, a ONE OF A KIND real peddle car that has been hand painted in a special design that was created specifically for the Pindex raffle. If you want to see what it looks like, I have two jpeg pictures of it. Raffle tickets will be available at the event only. Enjoy, and see you all in Vegas ONE WEEK from today!!!!!!!!!!!

Elite Newsletter, Pindex update #2
Greetings all fellow Pindexters and Pindixies. This is just a small followup to let you all know what exactly is going on at Pindex this year.
THE TRADING HALL and REGISTRATION
The trading hall will be open beginning at 3pm on Tuesday Sept 2nd for any collectors who wish to check out the hall and see exactly where their table is. This is ONLY for setup, not trading. HOWEVER, please be aware that security will not start watching over the trading hall till Wednesday morning. So if you have a big elaborate display, you will have time to set up your stuff Tuesday night from 3pm-6pm. But we strongly advise that you not leave any pins, shots or other collectibles in the trading hall before Wednesday morning when security will be on watch. The HRH Vegas will not be responsible for lost or stolen items during that time. For pin display setups, only those who purchased dealer tables will be allowed in the trading hall from 8am to 9am on both trading days. All other walk in traders and collectors without dealer tables will be allowed in at 9am on Wednesday morning. The trading hall will be open on Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-5pm for your trading pleasure. GO AT IT!!
Please check into your room as usual upon arrival for Pindex on Tuesday September 2nd after 3pm. Room Reservations will give you a registration envelope with your laminates, drink tickets, raffle tickets and welcome letter. After you have done that walk down to the trading hall where Nicole, Ashley and I will be waiting to greet you with smilies on! We will check you in for the event and hand you your pins and chips (while supplies last) for booking (Early Bird and Dealer pins only). You'll then be all set for the event and ready to go. The registration table in front of the trading hall will be open at 3pm and we’ll be there till about 6pm. Make sure you stop by before the festivities begin.
If you are purchasing the $25 three day admittance package, please go to the HRH Vegas’s retail store first and purchase your package there. They will give you a card to come down to the registration table where Nicole, Ashley and I will be to redeem your free chip (while supplies last).
Some of you probably don’t know this, but this will be the last event Nicole will be helping us with. She is taking up a supervisor position to help run the brand new lingerie store opening in early September inside the HRH Vegas. Ashley will be taking over the reigns for Nicole in the retail store to help you with all your customer service, mail exchange and order needs. So say your goodbyes to Nicole, and let’s give Ashley a great big pin welcome and show her what the collectors are all about!!!!
THE PARTY
The greeting party will be held the night of Tuesday Sept 2nd at the HRH Vegas Beach Club by the pool. The party will run from 7:30pm till 10pm. There will be party food and of course you all get drink tickets with your Pindex package, similar to last year. This is your chance to come out and meet everyone who made the event and put the faces and names together. Those who have booked a room at the HRH will automatically get two laminate passes per room, which will allow you admittance to the greeting party as well as the rest of the days of the event. For those who didn’t book a room at the HRH, you can buy the $25 three day admittance package and that will get you the same laminate pass with access to the Greeting Party and the two trading days in the hall.
THE RAFFLE
Just thought that you need a preview of the Pindex Peddler, the first in a line of Limited edtion Peddle Cars painted by surf artist Drew Brophy. THIS CAR WILL BE WON BY ONE OF THE PINDEX ATTENDEES.
THE EVENT RETAIL ITEMS, DON’T WAIT IN LINE!!!
We learned a small lesson from last year, and we don’t want you to have to spend all your time in line waiting for the Pindex event items. This year’s Pindex items are the Dunes event logo pin, Pindex event shot glass, and Pindex event bearas. We are issuing retail coupons for those who registered for the event by booking a room. Each room will get a coupon for a “pair of bearas, a pair of shot glasses and a pair of event logo pins”. Before 6pm on Wednesday September 3rd, ONLY those with coupons will be able to purchase these items in the retail store. After 6pm on Wednesday the coupon is void and the retail store will release any Pindex items still in stock for regular purchase. We figure that should give all of you plenty of time to check out the store and grab your items without feeling rushed.
We are releasing a couple other new retail items during Pindex. As you know there will be several new regular issue pins and two new regular issue motorcycle keychains. We will also be releasing brand new shaker girl shot glasses. Many shot collectors already know what these look like as one is pictured in the shot section of the HRH Vegas’s website. I believe there will be four different shaker girl shots released based on the same shaker girl pinset that came out of the HRH a couple years ago. Also, the Pink Taco has just released a brand new shot glass. It’s a short metallic type hot neon pink shot with “Pink Taco Las Vegas” etched on the glass. These are available now at the Pink Taco.
