Some of these chips brought substantial premiums several years ago. More recently, lots of these chips began showing up in great numbers on the U.S. mainland and their value has diminished greatly.

Yes, there are some P.R. chips that have considerable value, but unfortunately, most of them have been tarnished by the broad brush of commonplace in today's market.
