Caesars in Las Vegas has, for as long as I can remember, had a metallic pendant on a gold chain that was worn by dealers and available to players. Pictured below is the latest one that picks up the motiv of an old roman coin, similar to those on the silver premium token and the chips.

I'm curious as to how many different designs there have been. I know there was one from the Sinatra era with "Noblest Roman of them all.." on the reverse. I bet Steve Piccolo has them all [g].
