Using GOOGLE, I was able to locate a Hua Ke Casino on the Burmese (now Myanmar) side of the border with China in a town called Muse. Looking at the article from the article in Time Magazine, this doesn't appear to be a place I would want to visit. But the chips are very nice looking.
