COTY, etc. could be nominated at the same time those running for office. From those nominated, a certain number could be chosen from each category and placed on the same ballot. An election is an election and everything should be on one ballot. Everyone would be able to vote on everything that way. I haven't been a member long enough to understand the politics, policies and procedures of the club.
