As I emailed you, and you acknowledged, your magazine goes out bulk rate.

I checked from the day you joined to present, and I show no record of you upgrading to first class via credit card.

If you have a canceled check showing that you upgraded to first class then please make it available to me, and I will fix it immediately.

Mean while, stop with the complaining.
