I just received a set of Sample chips today that originally came from the Caro Collection. There were 2 of this same chip in the set so I am looking to trade this for other sample chips I need. The lot was mostly Syrian and Lebanese chips so This may be from one of those places. The only Rouge Noir I see listed in TGT is from St. Martin so it may be a Carribean chip as well. I am not familiar with the strange "LL" Deomination so if anyone has any info I would appreciate it.
