Hi Jim,
I refer you to the fable of the dog who thought it was a cat . If I recall correctly just because it wished to be called a cat did not make it so.
Too refer to our organization as international at first blush does not create an international problem (no pun intended). It does however create an impression that we are something in reality that we really are not. In my opinion, this is not smart procedure nor does it serve any useful purpose. Does it create "harm"? - I think not. However, it is possible that there are those who could turn it into an international (federal) case.
It is no different than our previous board paying a visit to the Nevada Gaming Control Enforcement Division. I am positive no lobbying was intended. Yet, there are those who would/could construe this visitation as being a visitation for lobbying purposes; thereby possibly creating problems for our organization where no previous problem(s)exsisted. My point being WHY create the environment for unecessary problems where no previous problem would ever have exsisted. Is it merely for the illusion of accomplishing "something" or making "someone" feel good?
My goodness!!! I better stop before I'm accused of giving a rats ass . Take care Jim and plezzzzzzzzzzzz let's not turn this into an issue where one must take a side
or where I have to write anymore.
Best, Mr."P"
