I got these last week. A friend had gone to Moscow and picked these up for me. He said the denominations are in US currency although the chip doesn't imply that. He also said compared to Moscow, Las Vegas has a PG rating.

Interesting to note is that the "M" logo is very similar to the M in Mirage Las Vegas!
