I don't know who the sellers are, but I feel they did a good job of representing this item. They say it is new - which it undoubtably is........they show a clear picture of it so everyone can see it is just a "good luck" type item. There is no casino name so no one should be fooled into thinking it is a true casino chip. Not sure what else the seller could do in wording his ad. They never say it is a real casino poker chip which has casino face value or can be used in a casino.
I have no idea how to get the message "further out", but if you collect (buy) only items you like and pay only what you wish, what more can any of us do?
