I've walked around the convention and some club members have their chips priced at least 10 times as high as others. Exhorbitant prices aren't that unusual in the chip collecting hobby. Some collectors are so wealthy they apparently can't be bothered by such mundane things as cost. But if you're not in that category (like me) just pass on the folks with the sky-high prices.
