Pete; It's up to Matt ... whatever he decides to do. Matt said that he simply wanted to "express his disatisfaction" and was wondering what "everybody else thought about it".
Personally speaking, I just think that it would take more than a buck before I would ever consider posting negative feedback... or posting on this board about it. Some things should just be let go and learn from the experience.
On the other hand, if Matt feels that posting negative feedback will accomplish something other than to make him feel good ... hey, go for it. I think that exposing people who take advantage of others, (if that is indeed the case ... and I don't know that it is) on a public forum such as thechipboard, will be more effective than posting negative feedback on ebay which accomplishes nothing for such a little amount of money.
